Delivery in Russia

Delivery is carried out by CDEK. Delivery time: 3–7 days, depending on the region. The cost is calculated based on your address on the website.
To avoid delivery issues, please carefully check that your delivery address and phone number are correct. Otherwise, the shipping company may not be able to contact you in time, which may cause a delay in receiving your order.

When placing an order, we recommend choosing the “To pickup point” delivery option, as your order will arrive faster.

Returns

You may decide on your purchase and return an item of proper quality within 7 days after receiving your order.
To make a return, you need to fill out a return request form and send the item yourself to a CDEK pickup point at the following address: Russia, Moscow, 6 Anatoliya Zhivova Street.

Refunds are processed within 5–30 business days, depending on the bank that issued your card, from the date the item is returned and the customer’s corresponding request is received. We refund the money to the bank card used for payment.
Please note: returns are only possible if the items fully retain their original appearance and have no foreign odors. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.

If you would like to exchange your purchased item for another one, our specialists will help you choose suitable models and sizes. In this case, the customer pays for the return shipping, while delivery of the new order will be free of charge.

For customers from other cities

You can return your purchase using expedited Russian Post services or any other courier service. The customer pays the shipping costs independently.
Before sending the parcel, please be sure to notify us so that we can accurately track its receipt.
